Planet Terror is my favourite. Wicked soundtrack (by Robert Rodriguez’s band no less), great cast, absolutely mental storyline and made by one of my all-time favourite directors 
Shaun of the Dead was hilarious at the time, but apart from a few good one-liners (well, quite a few good one-liners) I don’t think it’s a classic. Especially when Edgar Wright exploded Hot Fuzz onto the big screen, it just blew Shaun of the Dead out the water.
Bit of cool trivia, Edgar Wright made one of the fake trailer’s which showed before Planet Terror on the Grindhouse double bill. It was the one where they kept saying “DON’T!” you can actually see Simon Pegg and Nick Frost in it as well as quite a few other English actors (I just liked the link between Shaun of the Dead and Planet Terror by proxy of directors here!)
